The Cedar Restaurant
Il Cedro restaurant represents the perfect synthesis between tradition and culinary innovation, offering a journey through the authentic flavours of local cuisine reinterpreted with Mediterranean mastery.
You can enjoy freshly prepared flambé dishes, choose from our à la carte menu that highlights high-quality seasonal ingredients, and appreciate a selection of excellent aged meats, including Scottona, Tomahawk and Rib Eye, to be paired with prestigious wines from the best Sicilian wineries.
The desserts, true works of confectionery art, are created by master pastry chef Cannamela, guardian of the great tradition of Sicilian fine pastry making.
